Terrain look — FFT-style tactics tiles, or the original flat blocks (a classic).
Auto pans the camera to whoever's acting. Manual leaves it where you put it — drag to orbit, scroll to zoom, and you can still click a fighter to lock onto them.
Render quality. Full is crisp; Balanced halves the framebuffer (barely noticeable); Low quarters it with softer shadows — ideal for a background or second-screen stream.
Prematch card energy: Calm (just the facts), Full, or Arcade (maximum drama).
Some fighters were rebuilt with new male/female models. Prefer the classic look for any of them? Portraits switch right away; battle models on the next match.
Machine-faction flavor: sci-fi element & gear names (Plasma, Beam Saber) or the canonical ones (Fire, Sword).
Battle sound effects and their volume.
A 24/7 auto-battler. Four AI teams fight a single-elim bracket; the winner challenges the reigning champion for the crown. Every fight is fully decided by the server — you're watching a replay of a settled result, so the bar hides battle length while it's live. Drag to orbit the camera; ▶/❚❚ and the scrubber re-watch the current fight.
Each match you can bet your points on a team. It's pari-mutuel: when the match ends, everyone who backed the winner splits the whole pool in proportion to their stake — so your profit comes from the losing side's money. Back the loser and you lose your stake. If nobody bet the other side, it's a push and everyone is refunded (no profit without an opponent's money).
A separate currency that only goes up — it's your progression, not a wallet. Earn it by betting (a little each match, more when you cash a winner) and by unlocking achievements. Spend it in the Join panel to unlock classes and loadout options for the units you field.
Queue your own fighter for the next tournament from the Join tab — pick a name (and, once unlocked with renown, a class / gender / forced or banned trait). Your unit is drafted onto a team; track how it does under My fighters on your profile.
